About the Role
PUSH Australia is looking for a Senior Producer to manage projects and ensure quality work is delivered. Ideal candidate has experience with on-set motion and stills production as well as servicing clients in a marketing and advertising context. Our projects range from broadcast to digital content, and our clients come from all over the world. Job Description

Client Work:
Manage agency services for key clients, deliver on client needs and achieve business objectives
Lead multiple clients, projects and teams to execute excellent work
Respond to client feedback and steward the creative integrity of projects from development through to execution
Manage the development and creation of project documents including strategy, proposals, plans and recap documents in collaboration with creative team
Build, present and negotiate project budgets and scopes with clients
Present project budget actuals to EP, showing learnings and efficiencies
Creation of project schedules/timelines and production plans
Lead weekly client and internal project/production status reports/meetings
Manage on-site production and travel (may include weekend/evening travel)
Secure all necessary permits for production while complying with all federal, state and municipal legal requirements
Track vendor payments, prepare wrap reports and actualize budgets
Steward the philosophical integrity of the Imprint Projects brand, enforcing consistency and excellence across all managed projects


Financial Performance:
Responsible for creating, managing and actualizing budgets on assigned projects


People:
Work with Executive Producer and Managing Director to identify in-house and external personnel needs
Assist recruiting and management of contractors and vendors, maintain ongoing relationships
Lead Mid and End of year review process and employee growth plans, ensure a climate for growth and education


Operations:
Support the policies, practices, and procedures related to the company’s creative work
Use and manage online project management software, collaboration tools, calendars, file-sharing, time tracking, and company expense tracking


New Business Development:
Identify opportunities for account growth with current clients
Support the proposal process as directed by the Managing Director


Reporting:
Reports to the Executive Producer
Manage and mentor production team; Producer, Associate Producer, Coordinator
Foster relationships with freelance personnel


Skills and Experience:
6+ years experience as an Account Manager or Sr Producer in an agency context or production company context, with end-to-end delivery of campaigns
Experience leading multiple projects at one time and comfortable with a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
Experience in managing experience film, photography, design, and content production projects
Strong scheduling and time management skills
Excellent writing, document preparation and presentation skills
Experienced in contract negotiation with clients and vendors
Experienced in building and managing budgets from $50K-1M+
Experience in leading or participating in employee performance evaluations and reviews
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities
Working knowledge of Google Apps, Basecamp, Smartsheets, Harvest and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Working across multi currency projects a bonus
Working knowledge of Saturation a bonus
