As a Multimedia Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visual and audio content, and refining them in collaboration with consultants and clients across Australia through all stages of the creation process, from strategy to execution.

  • You have a real passion and well-rounded knowledge for different creative media. From design to web to motion to photography to audio production – you’ve been there, tried that – failed, succeeded and learned.
  • You’re a creative leader currently in a mid-weight role who is ready to take their career to the next level.
  • Experience in absorbing and understanding a brief, conceptualising and selling-in creative work to clients or other stakeholders.[RR1] 
  • Comfortable with Adobe CC suite, AfterEffects and Premiere Pro experience desirable.
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML. WordPress experience would also be looked upon favorably.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage a project from start to end. Managing the brief, budget and expectations along the way.
  • Understanding of the pre-production, production and post-production framework and best practice methodologies.
  • Resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Photography and web design skills are preferable but not essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts and Production or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC Suite.
  • Working with brands and adhering to style guidelines.
