Sales Coordinator

Endemol Shine International are seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administration support to the Sales Director Australia and New Zealand.


This is a great opportunity to join a leading global distributor of finished television programming.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Supporting the Sales Director in all aspects of sales administration
  • Maintenance of client database
  • Provision of Jaguar Rights availability and sales reports 
  • Processing of deal memos including liaison with Legal & Business Affairs to provide assistance with contract follow up from clients as required by contracting
  • Liaison with Technical Services to ensure that preliminary deal memos are completed and to review pending orders on a weekly basis
  • Liaison with Credit Control and Royalties Accountant with regard to queries
  • Replying to general sales enquiries and client liaison as required
  • Preparation of travel itineraries and appointment schedules
  • Liaison with post-sales support needs and requests from marketing for specific information from a licensee, i.e. broadcast dates, timeslots, etc.
  • Maintain broadcast schedules across Australia & New Zealand
  • General office administration duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 
  • Prior experience at sales coordinator level
  • Strong administrative skills including Outlook / Word / Excel & PowerPoint capability
  • Proactive & strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as well as attention to detail
  • Experience in the industry would be advantageous but not essential. 

Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
