THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to recent growth within the agency we are now recruiting for a passionate individual who is looking for a quality marketing role in the youth culture space.  

The successful candidate will:
  • Oversee two account teams and serve as the senior point of contact for clients
  • Support and lead account teams in all aspects of creating and executing culture marketing campaigns
  • Support the leadership team to nurture and grow client base.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Nurture agency relationships with clients, artists, promoters, suppliers, labels, managers, festival organisers and cultural institutions
  • Support senior team with business development, maintaining agency promotional tools and assist in building the agency profile
  • Receive and respond to client briefs
  • Confidently present well-devised, creative and polished client presentations to sell-in creative concepts and recommendations
  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing culture marketing strategies & campaigns
  • Manage agency team output in line with established project budgets, campaign KPIs and full list of deliverables
  • Manage the team workflow, processes and performance to ensure highest standards and consistent best-in-class work
  • Work with clients to assess issues, develop recommendations and implement business improvement processes
  • Use experience to deal with difficult situations that arise and problem solve issues alongside your team.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET
  • 5+ years' agency experience working across progressive, youth-focused brands
  • Desire to build client relationships and seek out new business opportunities
  • Passion for entertainment, popular culture and communications
  • Demonstrated experience in helping brands connect with and contribute to culture
  • Experience managing teams
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing processes for client relations, project management, and creative development
  • Strong experiential campaign and event management experience
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of digital and social platforms
  • Confident communicator.
