Client Services Team Leader

The Role

Our Client Service team are the first point of contact for our large client base, which includes TV & radio broadcasters, media & creative agencies.

As a 2IC you will support the Client Services Manager by acting as the first point of contact for our multi-site Client Services team; you will actively support the growth & development the team, induct new team members as well as provide ongoing support & training.

You will also be hands-on supporting our clients by liaising with clients over the phone & email, monitoring & tracking workflows, troubleshooting, cross-selling products as well as invoicing and completing month end processes.

This is a fast-paced role that is a perfect blend of people management & customer service!

About you

We are looking for someone who will love our people & clients as much as we do. Building solid relationships with the team, supporting their development and providing a best in class customer experience needs to be something you thrive on.

To be successful you will also need:
  • Experience in an account management /  customer service / sales support / call center environment
  • Understanding of the Broadcast environment would be ideal
  • Ideally, experience in a supervisory / team leader role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Availability to work on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of between the hours of "8.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday”
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Some interstate travel will be required from time to time.
