Content & Programming Coordinator

We have a terrific opportunity for someone to assist us with the daily operation of our VOD platform. 

Ideally, you will have great organisational / administrative skills, can work calmly whilst under pressure - and have a passion for film. 

This role is perfect for someone who recently started working in media and/or marketing who wants to develop their skills in the growing digital retail market. 

Previous experience working with content management systems (CMS) will be considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities 

  • In conjunction with the Content & Programming Manager, convert programming plans into weekly store turn complete with new release & campaign titles, pricing, store layout & copy details
  • Ad hoc store updates including pricing, offer templates, copy, creative, etc. into the back-end store console
  • Liaise with external technical support teams to resolve console issues.
  • Liaise with Production Manager to ensure timely delivery of distributor content
  • Enter new releases and upcoming events into marketing planner
  • Brief and manage all EDM & on-store assets including titles, campaigns, features
  • Brief and coordinate monthly marketing materials - liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build weekly bookmark EDMs and ad hoc content
  • Prepare and distribute weekly Dendy Direct cinema briefs & bulletins elements
  • Assist customers through our online help desk and liaise with external technical support teams to resolve issues
  • Assist in collating weekly/monthly campaign, distributor support & Dendy Direct website reporting and analysis
  • General admin support as required
  • Participate in the Head Office reception and kitchen maintenance roster
  • Other duties as directed.
Candidate Profile
  • 1+ years in Marketing, Content Programming or Digital Retail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
  • History of working with content management systems
  • Intermediate technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active and possess initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Have a genuine passion and knowledge of film.
