Leading Theatrical Agency seeks a permanent, part-time Bookkeeper to assist a small but busy Accounts Department. 

The Role


You’ll be raising invoices, checking client pay slips, processing client remittance advices, arranging account payments and completing bank reconciliations. It will be busy but fun!

The Candidate

Ideal applicants will have:

  • 5+ years' working in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced Knowledge of MYOB
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to be pro-active and use initiative.


  • Competent working knowledge of Trust Accounts and associated legislation
  • Knowledge of Entertainment Industry
  • Bookkeeping experience in a small business.


  • 3 days per week (Wed, Thu, Fri)
  • Office minutes walk from Central Station
  • Would suit an Accounts all-rounder who enjoys a fast paced role.
