Broadcast & Programs Coordinator

The Broadcast & Programs Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support to the Broadcast Fulfilment & Programs Manager and Broadcast Operations Executive and the wider Media & Broadcasting Department as necessary.

Position Overview  
The role will support the coordination and broadcast execution of AFL Events and the AFLW Competition, AFL match day operations, broadcast scheduling preparation and communication, international coverage and other key projects as they arise.

The role will also play a critical role in building sustainable relationships with various key stakeholders including broadcast partners, commercial partners, venues and AFL Clubs.

  • Ticketing & Hospitality entitlements
  • Invitation lists
  • Car Parking requirements
  • Broadcast Meetings and Conferences
  • AFL Website integration (scheduling)
  • Radio Webstreaming
  • AFL Weekly Highlights Program (International)
  • Diary & Travel management (where required)
  • Public enquiries – phone calls and general email enquiries
  • Invoicing.

  • Under 18 Championships
  • All Australian
  • Rising Stars
  • EJ Whitten Legends Game
  • Women’s Exhibition Match
  • Grand Final Livesite and Footy Festival
  • Grand Final Parade
  • AFL Draft
  • AFL Marquee Matches (as required).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role in a related field
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or sports management is preferred.
