The Role

Based in St Leonards within the national Client Service Broadcast team, this role is the first point of contact for our large client base, which includes TV & radio broadcasters, media & creative agencies. 

You will work alongside our sales, accounts and production teams to ensure delivery of broadcast material to a wide variety of advertising platforms while providing a high level of ‘customer delight’.

About You

The ideal candidate will: 
  • Have 2+ years' experience in a customer service / sales admin role
  • Be passionate about supporting our clients’ needs 
  • Feel comfortable in a deadline driven environment
  • Be available to work shifts between 8:30am and 8pm
An understanding of the broadcast environment will be very helpful.
