Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator (Maternity Leave)

12 months Fixed Term starting March 2020.

- Provide pre and post-sales administrative support to the TV Sales Team.

- Based in North Sydney.

About the role:
  • Assisting in the preparation of deals: support material, drafting deal summaries, obtaining material quotes.
  • Entering of deal terms into the MGM custom Rights database, STARS. 
  • Processing of Deal memos and contract amendments.
  • Reviewing Contracts.
  • Checking availabilities of programs and tracking rights across all Asia Pacific territories.
  • Formatting and preparing lists in Excel.
  • Creation and maintenance of accurate contract files and reports. 
  • Tracking of broadcast materials, payments and contracts through liaison with LA office.
  • Regular client correspondence.
  • Filing and contract archiving.
  • Daily liaison with various teams in Head Office in Los Angeles.

  • Strong administrative capability including prioritisation of workload.
  • Proactive.
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical ability.
  • Thorough understanding of legal principles; familiarity with contracts/legal documentation. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Computer competence including advanced Excel. 
  • Industry experience preferred.
