Digital Communications & Channel Coordinator

Royal Wins is looking for a creative, motivated, and talented Digital Communications & Channel Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, NSW.


This is a great opportunity to work with one of Australia's rapidly evolving online games business, creating awesome, innovative hyper-casual real money wagering mobile games. 


This role will support digital marketing initiatives, social media management and communication with media partners.


The Digital Communications & Channel Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and in collaboration with Producers, Artists and Game Designers. 


This is a contract role, 3 days a week.


Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing to assist with digital marketing strategies, execution and optimisation

  • Building long-term relationships with media partners, marketing agencies and business partners

  • Crafting and developing social media content for social medias, newsletters and blogs

  • Writing and editing copy for news, promotions, app interfaces and creative assets

  • Engaging with subscribers on social medias, instant messages and emails, offering support to players and build up player community

  • Analysing data including user insights, promotion stats, advertising campaigns, etc. and provide in-depth strategy for optimisation;

  •  Attending marketing meetings and communicate with collaborative teams by presentation.

Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, social media or gaming industry (iGaming industry is highly preferred)
  • Proven success of driving audiences on social media, advertising or other marketing channels
  • Expertise in writing, editing and communication skills
  • Experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS and software, not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office and WordPress. Video editing skills are a plus
  • Analytic mind set for managing user acquisition, budgeting, forecasts, and optimisation
  • Strong personality of self-motivation, who is target-oriented and pursuits high quality of work with or without supervision
  • Multi-tasking ability to work through complex projects and issues, as well as meeting deadlines of delivery
  • Ability to solve problems with proper steps and clear objectives
  • Passion about gaming and mobile industry.
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field is preferred.
