Office Coordinator

Eureka has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and friendly OFFICE COORDINATOR to join our team.


The Company
Eureka is a next-generation production company combining the expertise, credibility and key relationships traditionally found within large multi-national production companies with the energy and nimbleness of a start-up. We have offices in Los Angeles and Sydney and produce both unscripted and scripted programs.

In 2017, less than a year after opening Eureka, it made over seventy hours of programming. 2018 saw six series go to air with an additional two series set to air later this year. Eureka has a number of projects in development and production and three series set to air in 2019.

Office Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

In this role, your daily duties will include:
 
To care for and maintain a healthy work environment for Eureka employees.
 
Direct point of contact for following:
  • Property Management
  • Security
  • Cleaners
  • Air Conditioning 
  • Suppliers.
Ordering:
  • Stationery
  • Grocery
  • Ink
  • Drinks
  • Equipment.
Office Admin:
  • Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
  • Directing telephone inquiries
  • Meeting Room bookings + refreshments
  • Set up new equipment 
  • Set up email addresses
  • Staff Memos
  • Researching
  • Supervising Corp Runner (when req.)
  • Corporate Petty Cash keeping
  • Monthly Corp Credit Card reconciliation
  • Building Security/ Key Keeping
  • Asset List upkeep
  • Contacts upkeep
  • Office set up / upkeep 
  • Assistance to current shows
  • Event Organising.
Ongoing Duties: 
  • Check Post
  • Restock Drinks Fridge
  • Restock Fruit bowl
  • Restocking kitchen supplies
  • Empty dishwasher when req.
  • Putting dishwasher on when req. 
  • Emptying bins when req.
  • Fridge clear out
  • Friday refreshments.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, be pro-active and a confident communicator. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have a passion for the media industry. Candidates will require a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
