Role Summary
Leading the Wagering & Media Creative Studio & Content Marketing team, develop and execute insightful strategies and programs of work that deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst driving brand awareness, ROI and market share growth.
  • Lead the development and delivery of Wagering and Media creative studio and content strategies
  • Oversee the design and production of content and creative assets including advertising, print, video, collateral, and presentations
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and partners to optimise business performance
  • Design, implement and manage internal and external service level agreements, communicating and educating as required
  • Lead the team focusing on employee recognition, performance and development building passion, collaboration and engagement
  • Research and analyse industry trends and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and creative marketing techniques.
Our Ideal Person
As the Head of Creative Studio & Content, you will understand all media channels including a strong knowledge of the design and production process. Preferably you will have a minimum of 10 years senior leadership experience leading a creative services function across multi-channel, multi-brand portfolios, and be tertiary qualified in journalism, media, marketing or related business discipline. Key to success in this role will be your ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while delivering results.
