Post-Production Supervisor

Offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team!


Our friendly, busy team in St Leonards is looking for an experienced Post-Production Supervisor to join us!

In this role, your daily duties will include:
  • Working with the EP and Line Producer/PM, provide comprehensive post production supervision to all productions.

  • Using multitasking skills, stay across Post Supervision of multiple projects at any one time.

  • Provide ‘on the ground’ support for the production and post production teams from initial planning through to final delivery.

  • Maintain daily contact with all key post personnel attached to a project and report on progress to PM’s regularly as required, leaving no reason for surprises.

  • In collaboration with Executive team, be involved in sourcing and interviewing post staff for projects i.e. Edit Assistants, Data Wranglers, Transcribers, Post Coordinators.

  • Ensure all delivery requirements are met for all shows ie. domestic and international masters, audio stems, promo material etc.

  • Attend pre-production meetings, providing input to Post Production Schedule discussions and planning at an early stage.

  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables meet scheduled deadlines, technical requirements are achieved and all content is correct, final & QC’d prior to being delivered to the Network.

  • Assist sourcing graphics in close collaboration with the EP or/and Show Producers.

  • Help the Development team with post requirements on pitches and sizzle reels etc.

  • Help advise and train Post Production Coordinators where applicable.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, amazing attention to detail, be pro-active and a confident communicator. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have a genuine passion for the media industry. Candidates will require advanced technical skills and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
