Competitions Campaign Manager

What is this role?

This is a fast-paced role responsible for creating and managing engaging competitions and marketing campaigns that deliver to meet client objectives, utilising multiple mechanics such as eDMís, social, integration, gamification and digital offerings.


Youíll be managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders:

  1. Your ability to develop amazing client relationships and build strong partnerships will lead to ongoing investment and revenue outcomes.

  2. Working with multiple internal departments to ensure the campaigns are successfully delivered as per contractual obligations

Your day-to-day work will be to oversee the end-to-end management of multi-platform campaigns and being constantly mindful of driving revenue opportunities to meet targets.


Youíll grow an engaged customer base by showcasing Network 10ís Digital Marketing Services as strategic and integrated with increasing opportunities for revenue growth.


What youíll be doing:

  • Providing client Marketing Services and managing campaigns

  • Proposing and develop compelling, innovative client marketing campaigns to meet client and sales objectives, creating opportunities and added value

  • Delivering the end to end management of multiple campaigns including production, timelines, legals, competition design and TVC creative briefs, airtime bookings, cross promotional bookings and reporting

  • Managing clients and stakeholder expectations professionally delivering high quality campaigns, clear timelines and transparency on requirements, procedures and processes

  • Working in CMS, CRM/automated marketing programs to execute integrated and multi-level campaigns in line with on-air and digital objectives

  • Quoting on project goods & services, upsell and manage campaigns to meet/exceed sales targets

  • Working as a team player who is supportive, flexible, open to change and understanding of tight deadlines.

What youíll need to know/have to get this amazing job:

  • A Business or marketing-related professional qualification

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing and competitions across various platforms and channels

  • Strong understanding of advertising and sales objectives

  • Digital experience working with CMS and CRM software applications plus technical marketing skills

  • Experience in all aspects of developing and delivering innovative marketing strategies

  • Campaign management

  • Relevant product and industry knowledge.
