An experienced & enthusiastic Head of Marketing is required to lead eOne's home entertainment marketing team.

Work on world-class film and TV content in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

This is a 12 month maternity leave contract.

Entertainment One is one of Australia’s leading independent film and TV distributors. We’re currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Marketing (for a 12 month contract) to lead our Home Entertainment marketing team in Sydney.

This leadership role will work closely with our Managing Director, SVP Home Entertainment and SVP Digital, and is pivotal in all above and below the line marketing of eOne home entertainment physical and digital product.

The successful candidate will have the creative ability to pull together imaginative marketing strategies, ensuring successful and cost effective campaigns to engage a wide range of target audiences.

The role requires a strategic and commercially savvy approach to marketing both film and TV product, and needs a solid understanding of how the marketing process correlates to sales. An ability to plan and manage campaign spends within multiple changing budgets is essential.

This role is a managerial one, and thus requires the ability to prioritise, delegate and drive a result via the team across the entire marketing function.

The position includes management of many internal and external stakeholders, including digital clients, creative agencies, eOne’s media agency and eOne’s Australian and NZ physical distribution partners. The role also requires a solid understanding of the home entertainment physical and digital retail landscape.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced and supportive team, and work on world-class entertainment product.
