City Conversations Executive Producer

In this exciting role you will play a key part in developing and implementing the annual City Conversations program which engages key global, federal, state and local strategic stakeholders, citizens, partners and visitors of the city.

  • Salary:  AUD $115,588.00 per annum plus Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full-time position)
  • Employment status: Permanent 
  • Employment arrangement: Full time [Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement]
  • Location: Sydney CBD.

City Conversations engage key global federal, state and local strategic stakeholders, citizens, partners and visitors of the city through the City Conversations program.

Help us to inspire, educate and engage the decision makers, thought leaders, partners, stakeholders and the community on significant issues at a global, national and city level by being part of our dynamic team.

In this exciting role you will play a key role in developing and implementing the annual City Conversations program, including the CityTalks series, briefings, forums and workshops.

You will develop communications collateral for use across all platforms, research potential speakers and develop stakeholder databases. You will manage speakers, speaker briefings and internal PCGs.

You will also manage existing and new partnerships and undertake research for partnership opportunities, speakers and innovative formats.

You will have tertiary qualifications at degree level in media/communications, broadcast journalism, public relations, public policy or extensive relevant experience. You will also have extensive experience in program development and speaker management. 

Demonstrated experience in writing communications materials and research is essential.
