Production / Office Manager

Our client is a non-profit entertainment / arts / health organisation, delivering life-changing programs across Australia, working with artists and health care professionals.



The company is now looking for a Production / Office Manager to join to join the team to manage the office functions and support the COO, programs and administration staff and the systems that see the artists delivering services nationally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • General office management
  • Manage general scheduling
  • Run the weekly team meetings with the COO tracking action items
  • Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Assist the Artist Development Manager with managing the rostering of the artist gigs
  • On-boarding of new staff and contractor artists with the appropriate documents and procedures
  • Oversee the office functions and systems and manage a growing team of administration support officers and project managers
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to provide invoice processing support
  • Manage events, venue bookings, logistics and artist support including travel and accommodation bookings
  • Budget management as delegated

Skills & Experience:

  • Production / office management experience, preferably in the arts and entertainment sector
  • Strong oral and written communications skills essential
  • Experience with cloud based software including rostering, online CRM, newsletters, file sharing as well as data management programs
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Current drivers licence essential, first aid certificate desirable
  • Understanding of the health and aged care system desirable.

This is an exciting new role in a growing organisation, a fantastic opportunity to join the dedicated team. Salary $70-75k+Super.
