IBMS Operations Administrator

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced IBMS Operations Administrator to join the team which oversees the ongoing operations of our key Business System, IBMS.


About Us

PRIME MEDIA GROUP is an ASX listed media company that operates Australia’s leading regional television network, broadcasting to audiences in the Gold Coast, throughout NSW, the ACT, Victoria, and Western Australia. 

The Role

Working within a small team, you will provide support to the user community across multiple departments.  

This will include but not be limited to coordination of user acceptance testing, change management, issue tracking / resolution and creation of documentation.   

Person Profile

To be a star in this role, you will need:
  • At least three years’ experience with IBMS, ideally within a support role or at superuser level
  • A strong understanding of broadcast workflows in Television Operations, Traffic, Programming, or Finance
  • A customer-centric focus with the ability to identify stakeholder requirements and to deliver high quality work on time
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Unrivalled attention to detail.
Your enthusiasm and attitude are critical to your success. You are proactive, with a can do attitude, determination, a strong teamwork ethic and strong customer service skills.
