Integrated Marketing Manager APAC

This is a brilliant marketing role within the world’s largest publisher of premium digital content, CBS Interactive - a ViacomCBS company.


CBS Interactive (a division of ViacomCBS) is the world’s largest publisher of premium digital content and a perennial top 10 internet company. CBS Interactive’s brands span popular categories like technology, entertainment, sports, news and gaming. 


This role will specifically work across IM for both the B2B & B2C brands of CBSi. This includes working with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Account Executives, Designers, Writers, Editors, Directors/VPs on specific client requests to inspire and create industry-leading pitch presentations that solve client objectives and achieving KPIs provided at the briefing stage.

The role will help create and execute our digital offering as well as branded content, via CBSi’s internal content house, Studio 61. The role also oversees the digital product portfolio when it comes to digital advertising, programmatic, lead generation, and branded content. 

This role has responsibility across the entire APAC region for CBSi in both the B2B and B2C sectors.

  • Supporting the sales team in managing RFPs both locally and internationally
  • Creating sponsorship packages, sales collateral and marketing solutions for proactive pitches and key meetings
  • Creating and developing new digital products and ad formats across the CBSi portfolio
  • Ideating and implementing all marketing and event strategic plans in conjunction with the Snr IM Manager, including presenting 
  • Lead content brainstorms and kick-off calls internally and externally, bringing ideas to the table and not being afraid to push back and constantly innovate throughout the process
  • Managing CBSi’s Data Management Platform (Adobe), managing data and insights to shape overall strategy direction of campaigns
  • Participating in client services; including client-facing meetings, pitches and post-campaign reports
  • Project management across CBSi’s internal custom content house, Studio 61
  • Manage industry and trade relationships; Vendor management; freelancers, vendors and talent
  • Working with the finance team for vendor payments and management
  • The role includes travel in and around the APAC region, and at times, EMEA and the US.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital or multimedia along with 5+ years’ experience working in digital, across agency, client-side or publisher beneficial, with an emphasis on marketing solutions
  • Proven track record in the digital space with a good understanding of (and interest in) the media landscape, especially across digital/TV, trends, consumption patterns, challenges, plus the ability to see opportunities that lie ahead
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage critical timelines & deadlines
  • A creative problem solver with great attention to detail
  • Leadership and influencing skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder relationships 
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to learn and adopt to new systems and platforms
  • Content copywriting and ability to work across narratives
  • Exceptional communication skills and natural storyteller
  • A serial ideator with a yearn for deck creation and pitch responding
  • Video editing and understanding of post-editing process
  • Design skills with particular expertise in PowerPoint and full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of the digital landscape, programmatic sector, end-to-end contend production process
  • Presentation skills, pitch responding
  • Knowledge of systems such as Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics Suite, Salesforce, Operative One, Nielsen Answers, ComScore, Pathmatics, Google Ad Manager (GAM), Facebook Ad Manager, Taboola, CMS, and Photoshop a bonus.
