The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Creative Producer to join our Content team. 

Reporting directly to our Head of Content, as a Creative Producer you will develop and implement Loup’s artistic vision with the primary focus on production, delivering video and audio content from concept to finish across all Loup’s brands through digital channels. 

This is a brand new and exciting position for someone who has a strong creative vision, hands-on attitude, passionate about health & fitness, and experienced creative lead.   

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
As a member of a growing and diverse team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with the Content & Creative teams to translate insights into innovative creative across video and audio program content and brand campaigns - from concepts through to delivery to customers and prospects. 
  • Ensures consistent implementation of brand guidelines internally by the Loup team and externally by stakeholders.
  • Leads the pre-production and production of all shoots, and collaborates with Senior Producer on pre-, production, and post-production.
  • Oversees full creative production requirements, in collaboration with Senior Producer: location, equipment, crew, talent management and communication, script development - all aspects of film and video production. 
  • Identifies and develops new delivery or techniques for innovative video and audio content for Loup.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, community, PR and production teams on the development and execution of program content, brand campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Assists Senior Producer with coaching the production team to build creative competency to deliver high quality, on-brand, on-brief creative outputs.
  • Develop, track and report on production budgets in collaboration with the Senior Producer.
  • Monitoring content performance to understand how it is driving the desired commercial outcome and continuously innovating and improving performance.
  • Ensure any materials requiring talent approval follow agreed processes and timelines.
The successful candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of experience as a creative film and video producer with at least 5 years’ experience in post-production working with brands.
  • Tertiary qualification in film, TV, radio, journalism, communications or equivalent.
  • Proven performance in developing concepts, storyboarding, managing full-scale production, shoot budgets and leading production teams (internally and externally).
  • Experience managing talent & outstanding stakeholder management.
  • Solid understanding of how digital content is consumed and presented.
  • Ability to be ‘hands-on’ - oversee the vision, team and create digital materials.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and other related video production programs.
