Exciting opportunity for an experienced Producer.

Full-time 12-month term appointment in the Performing Arts Industry.

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced and motivated individual to join QPAC in the full-time term position of Producer.

Reporting to the Executive Producer – Public Engagement and Learning, the successful applicant will be required to produce, present and manage QPAC’s program of events to the highest artistic, technical and financial standards.

In order to be successful for this position, you will need to have experience in a similar role in the delivery of events, risk analysis, budget and marketing skills. You will also have a broad understanding of the Australian performing arts industry and a detailed knowledge of, and experience in, at least one specialized art form area. High level planning, organisational, research and time management skills, including flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential in this position.

This position is not a 9 to 5 role and will require a high degree of flexibility in work times.
